康强硒、硒多糖对染砷大鼠肝细胞增殖周期的影响

摘    要:选用Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(蒸馏水)、砷组(4.6mg/kgAs2O3)、砷+康强硒①组(4.6mg/kg+0.1mgSe^3+/kg)、砷+康强硒②组(4.6mg/kg+0.2mgSe^3+/kg)、砷+硒多糖组(4.6mg/kg+40mg/kg)5组。流式细胞仪测定肝细胞周期,病理组织切片观察病理改变,结果染砷组大鼠肝细胞比对照组G0/G1期细胞数显著减少,S和G2+M期细胞数显著增多

Abstract:To study the effect of arsenic on cell cycle of livers of rats and the antagonism of Kangqiang Selenium and Selenium Polysaccha- ride against arsenic. The cell cycle was observed with the flow cy- tometer. The percentage of cell in G0/G1 phase was decreased, but the percentage of cell in S and G2 + M phases and the proliferation index( IP)、 the DNA relate content (DNARc) were increase great- ly, which shows that the production of DNA increased and the cell were arrested in G2 + M phases. The selenium compounds (Kangqiang Selenium and Selenium Polysaccharide )could protect against the effects of arsenic on livers cell cycle in rats. The antag- onism of Kangqiang Selenium with 0. 2rmgSe3+ /kg was stronger than it with 0. lmgSe3+/kg and same as Selenium Polysaccha- ride. It shows that arsenic could interfere with the liver cell cycle.which was related to the liver cancer induced by arsenic. Kangqing Selenium and Selenium Polysaccharide could actively protect a- gainst the effects of arsenic.
