| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)在小儿全身炎症反应综合症(systemic inflammatory response Syndrome,SIRS)过程中所起的作用和临床意义。方法30例小儿SIRS患者为SIRS组,30例门诊普通发热儿童为发热对照组,另外30例门诊正常体检儿童为健康对照组,采用ELISA法测定受检者血清IL-6含量。结果实验组患儿血清IL-6含量显著高于发热对照组和健康对照组,而发热对照组和健康对照组的IL-6含量无显著性差异。结论IL-6参与了小儿全身炎症反应综合症(SIRS)的发生发展,IL-6的含量测定可作为SIRS的辅助诊断指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of interleukin-6 （IL-6） in ehidmn with the systemic inflammatory response syndrome （SIRS）. Methods The serum levels of IL-6 in 30 children with SIRS.30 children with normal fever and 30 healthy children were determined by ELISA. Results The serum level of IL-6 in children with SIRS was significantly higher as compared to that of control group, No significant difference was found between normal fever children and that in healthy children. Conclusion IL-6 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of SIRS. |
