综合康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响

目的 探讨综合康复训练对恢复期慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能障碍的治疗作用.方法 86例慢性精神分裂症患者,随机分为实验组(42例)和对照组(44例).在给予康复训练前、后,进行事件相关电位P300检查及阳性症状与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定,并进行分析.结果 综合康复训练后,实验组P300靶刺激P3潜伏期缩短和波幅升高(P＜0.01);PANSS评定提示阴性、反应缺乏和抑郁因子评分下降(P＜0.01或0.05),与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P＜0.01或0.05).对照组康复训练前后P300项目比较差异均无显著性;PANSS抑郁因子评分明显升高(P＜0.05).结论 综合康复训练对改善慢性精神分裂症患者的认知障碍有益.

Influence of comprehensive rehabilitation training on the cognitive impairment of chronic schizophrenics

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training on cognitive impairment of chronic schizophrenics.Methods 86 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia were randomly assigned to the observation group(n=42)and the control group(n=44).They were studied with the Event-related potential P300 and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)before and after comprehensive rehabilitation training.Results Compared with controls,the observation group manifested shorter latency and higher amplitude on Target P3 wave of P300 after treatment(P<0.01 or 0.05).There was significant difference in the marks of negative factor,reaction lack factor and depression factor in the PANSS between the observation group and the control group after treatment(P<0.01 or 0.05).The depression factor scores of the PANSS in control group heightened after the comprehensive rehabilitation training(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training proves to be effective in the treatment of cognitive impairment of patients with chronic schizophrenia.
