恶性血液病患者住院费结构分析及调控策略

目的探明恶性血液病住院费用结构,探讨合理调控策略.方法单纯随机抽样调查,统计学采用t检验,二元变量相关分析.结果恶性血液病住院费用显著高于良性血液病(p＜0.01);住院费用与病种、分期不相关(p＞0.05);与治疗效果(预后)呈负相关(r=-0.365,p＜0.001);与药费呈正相关(r=0.951,p＜0.001).结论控制住院费用增长的关键是控制药费,提高社会效益和经济效益的根本是提高医护服务质量.

A study of the hospitalizatient expenses of patients to malignant hematonosis and the tactics of adjustment

Objective: Ascertained the composition of the hospitalizatient expenses of patients to malignant hematonosis and explore the tactics of adjustment. Methods: An investigation was used simple randon sampling, T test of significance, binary variable correlation analyse(pearson correlation). Results: The hospitalizatients expenses of the patients to malignant hematonosis are highter than the patients benign hematonosis(p < 0.01),The hospitalizatients expenses of the patients tb malignant hematonosis is zero correlation with kinds and grades of disease, and it is negetive correlation with the effects of tyeatment(r=-0.365), and it is positive correlation with the charges for medicine(r=0.951). Conclusion: Control the fees for medicine is a key to control the hospitalizatient expenses, Raise the level of treating and nursing is a basic point for achieve better economic results and public wealth.
