FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌28例疗效观察

目的 观察奥沙利铂联合四氢叶酸及氟尿嘧啶的FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应.方法 有病理学依据的晚期胃癌患者28例,接受FOLFOX4方案化疗,2周为1个疗程,所有患者化疗3个周期后评价疗效.结果 所有患者接受3个周期化疗后,完全缓解(CR)3.6%,部分缓解(PR)42.9%,稳定(SD)35.7%,进展(PD)17.9%,总有效率为46.4%,中位生存期为8.4个月,主要不良反应为外周神经毒性、消化道反应、骨髓抑制.结论 FOLFOX4方案治疗复治性晚期胃癌疗效好,毒性反应可耐受.

Clinical observation of FOLFOX4 regimen in treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the effect and toxicity of FOLFOX4 regimen in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods Twenty-eight patients with advanced gastric cancer received chemotherapy with the regimen of FOLFOX4,the regimen was repeated every 2 weeks,and the clinical response was assessed after 3 cycles.Results CR 3.6%,PR 42.9%,SD 35.7%,PD 17.9%,the overall response rate was 46.4%,the median survival time was 8.4 months,the main toxicities included neurotoxicity,nausea,vomiting and myelosuppression.Co...
