| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT对闭合性腹部外伤的诊断价值。方法回顾77例闭合性腹部外伤患者做多层螺旋CT检查并进行分析。结果肝脾肾包膜下血肿41例；肝脾肾实质内血肿和挫伤29例，肝脾肾撕裂伤13例；胰腺损伤1例；肾上腺血肿9例；腹腔积血35例；复合伤27例。结论多层螺旋CT扫描可对闭合性腹部外伤做出正确诊断，并为临床治疗提供重要信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of MSCT in the diagnosis of abdominal trauma.Methods CT appearances of 77 patients with abdomen traumas were retrospectively analyzed.Results Diagnosis was made by CT in all patients.41 cases had subcapsular hemorrhage of spleen liver and kidney,29 cases intropalenchyma hemorrhage of spleen liver and kidney,13 cases tearing of spleen liver and kidney,1 cases pancreatic contusion,9cases adrenal contusion,35 cases celiac hemorrhage and 5 cases compound trauma.Conclusion The MSCT scanning is valuable in the diagnosis of blut abdominal trauma and it could provide important information for clinical therapy. |
