不孕症妇女性病系列检测的临床意义

目的研究淋病奈瑟菌（NG）、沙眼衣原体（Ct）、解脲支原体（Uu）感染、抗精子抗体（AsAb）与不孕的关系。方法对98例可疑性病患者（可疑性病组）、76例不孕者（不孕组）和88健康体检者（对照组）分别进行NG、Ct、Uu、AsAb测定，检测NG、Ct、Uu采用PCR定量检测法，AsAb用ELLSA法，比较三组间的差异。结果不孕组NG、Ct、Uu检出率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），与可疑性病组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；不孕组血清中AsAb水平与对照组比较差异有统计学意义P〈0．05），与可疑性病组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论不孕与NG、Ct、Uu感染和血清AsAb水平有一定的关系。

Clinical significance of detection STD series in Infertility women

Objective To study NG(Neisseria gonorrhoeae),Ct(ChIamydia trachomatis),Uu(UU)infection,AsAb(AsAb)and the relationship between infertility.Methods NG,Ct,Uu,were assayed by quantitative PCR,AsAb was detected with ELLS A,suspicious of the 98 cases of sexually transmitted diseases,76 cases of infertility and 88 healthy persons were NG,Ct,Uu,AsAb comparison determination.Results Infertility group NG,Ct,Uu detection rate compared with the control group the differences were significant(P＜0.01)infertility group AsAb serum concentration compared with the control group there was a significant difference(P＜0.05)infertility Group NG,Ct,Uu detection rate and serum concentration of AsAb sexually transmitted diseases and suspicious group had no significant difference.Conclusion Detection of NG,Ct,AsAb,sexually transmitted diseases and infertilityinexploring the relationship between acertainvalue.
