阿德福韦酯治疗乙肝肝硬化的疗效观察

目的：探讨阿德福韦酯治疗失代偿乙肝肝硬化的临床疗效。方法：选择2009年1～10月在我院治疗的80例失代偿乙肝肝硬化患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例,对照组用常规方法治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用阿德福韦酯,比较两组患者的肝功能变化、HBV-DNA阴转率及Child-Pugh分级情况。结果：治疗后治疗组在血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、白蛋白（ALB）、胆碱酯酶（CHE）四项指标上均好于对照组,且两组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组HBV-DNA阴转率和Child-Pugh分级比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：阿德福韦酯可以有效改善患者肝功能,安全性好,值得在临床推广应用。

Curative effect observation of Adefovir Dipivoxil in treatment of hepatitis B related cirrhosis

Objective：To explore clinical efficacy of Adefovir Dipivoxil in treatment of hepatitis B related decompensated cirrhosis.Methods：90 patients from January to October 2009 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases each group,the control group was treated with traditional method and the treatment group was treated with Adefovir Dipivoxil on the base of traditional method,compared their liver function,HBV-DNA negative rate and Child-Pugh grade.Results：four indexes of ALT,AST,ALB and CHE in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）;the difference of HBV-DNA negative rate and Child-Pugh grade between two groups all had statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Adefovir Dipivoxil can obviously improve patients′ liver function,it is safe and can be widely used in clinic.
