| 摘 要： | 目的评价B-lynch缝合术对剖宫产产后出血的止血效果。方法回顾性分析16例剖宫产后出血病例,出血量500~1 800 m l,均应用B-lynch缝合止血。结果全部成功止血,子宫得以保留,治愈率100%。术后无副作用,子宫复旧良好。结论B-lynch缝合术是治疗剖宫产产后出血的一个行之有效的方法,操作简便,有临床推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the hemostatic effect of B-lynch suture technique for postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 16 cases of postpartum hemorrhage with 500 - 1800 ml blood loss were performed B- lynch suture for hemostasis. Results All cases were effectively stanched with preservation of uterine. The cure rate was 100%. No postoperative complication was found and uterine involution was good. Conclusion B-lynch surgical technique is simple and effective for stanching postpartum hemorrhage of caesarean section, which is worthy to be popularized. |
