| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三班制排班在ICU病房实践的可行性及优越性。方法实施三班制排班模式,在ICU设备、人员不变的前提下,选取2006年7-12月和2005年7-12月病人满意度、医生对护理工作质量满意度,同时对22名护士进行三班制排班工作满意度的调查。结果病人和医生对护理工作满意率提高,护士工作的疲惫感减轻,护士满意三班制排班模式。结论三班制排班使护理工作流程更科学化、系统化、合理化,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility and superiority of three shifts in the ICU wards.Methods The model of three shifts was implemented.Under the precondition of not changing the ICU equipments and staffs,we selected the patients' satisfaction,doctors' satisfaction to the quality of nursing work from July to December of 2006 and July to December of 2007.At the same time,we surveyed the 22 nurses' satisfaction to the three shifts.Results The patients and doctors' satisfaction rates to the nursing work improved,and the nurses' exhaustion feeling alleviated.The nurses were satisfied with the model of three shifts.Conclusions The three-shift arrangement makes the flow of nursing work more scientific,systematized and rationalized.It is worthy of being spread. |
