| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高发精神分裂症的遗传方式。方法 采用分离分析和多基因阈值理论分析方法对56例高发家系进行探讨。结果 高发精神分裂症的遗传方式既不符合常染色体单基因显性和隐性遗传，也不符合连锁遗传，而符合一个显性主基因的多基因遗传。结论 精神分裂症是一种多基因遗传疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mode of inheritance of high incidence schizophrenia.Methods 56 high incidence schizophrenic families were studied by means of segregation analysis and polygenic threshold value analysis.Results The mode of inheritance of high incidence schizophrenia was neither autosomal monogenic dominant and recessive inheritance,nor linkage inheritance.It was a major dominant polygenic inheritance.Conclusion Schizophrenia was a polygenic hereditary disorder. |
