他汀类药物对脑梗死病人血清中TNF-α及IL-6的影响

随着对脑梗死病人发病机制不断深入的研究,脑缺血后的炎症反应越来越引起人们的重视,而阻断脑缺血后炎症级联反应是改善脑缺血-再灌注损伤的理想策略。他汀类药物临床试验表明,它具有抗氧化、抗炎症、抗兴奋毒性以及抑制血小板聚集和血栓形成等降脂以外的抗缺血性脑损害作用,可大大降低脑梗死的发生率。本文拟从脑梗死病人血清中2个重要的炎性因子肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)进行论述,以阐明他汀类药物对脑梗死病人炎性因子的影响。

Effects of statins on TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of brain infarction patients

With the study progress on the mechanism of brain infarction,inflammatory reactions after cerebral ischemia was emphasized,and blocking inflammation cascade reaction became an ideal strategy to improve cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury after cerebral ischemia.Except decreasing the level of blood lipoids,clinical trials showed that statins could reduce ischemic damage and incidence rate of brain infarction by the effect of anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,blocking exitotoxicity,inhibiting platelet aggregation and thrombogenesis and so on.This article is to study the effect of statins on two important inflammatory factor, TNF-αand IL-6,in serum of brain infarction patients.
