| Abstract: | The mouse monoclonal peroxidase-antiperoxidase (PAP) complexes have been used to detect HBsAg in the liver tissues of patients with chronic liver diseases and calcium combined protein in mouse neu-rocytes. Comparing with indirect immunoperoxidase (IIP) technique tthe sensitivity of PAP method was higher and the background staining was less. The morphology of HBsAg in liver tissues and the positive results detected with PAP method were as the same as that by IIP technique. |
