鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术168例临床分析

目的:探讨提高鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术疗效的措施.方法:对采用Messenklinger技术行鼻窦内窥镜手术的168例鼻腔、鼻窦疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性总结.结果:168(223侧)病例随访1年以上,治愈89例,好转53例,无效26例,有效率为84.5%,手术无严重的并发症发生.结论:麻醉方法、术者的操作经验、恰当的术后处理、定期合理的鼻内窥镜随访是保证远期手术疗效的重要环节.

Experiences of Endoscopic Nose Sinus Operation on 168 Cases

Objective:To improve the curative effect of endoscopic nose sinus operation. Methods: The data of nasal cavity and nose sinus via endoscopic operation on 168 cases(223 sides) were studied retrospectively.Results: These cases were followed-up over one year, it showed that 89 cases were cured,53 cases improved,26 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 84.5%. There was no serious operative complication.Conclusion:Kinds of anesthsia,skill of surgeons, a suitable post-operative treatment and reasonable regular following-up by endoscopy are the important rules for securing optimal lomg-term result.
