芪脂饮对动脉粥样硬化家兔内皮素及一氧化氮合酶含量的影响

目的：探讨益气活血复方芪脂饮对动脉粥样硬化（AS）引起的心血管舒缩功能障碍的作用机制。方法：将健康雄性新西兰家兔,随机分正常组、模型组、实验组和对照组。对各组采取不同干预因素,取材后观察各组家兔血浆及心肌组织的内皮索（ET）含量和血清及心肌组织一氧化氮合酶（NOS）的含量。结果：和模型组比较,实验组ET的含量明显降低（P〈0.01）,NOS的含量明显升高（P〈0.01）。结论：芪脂饮可能是通过调节ET和NOS的平衡,以改善AS所致的心血管舒缩功能障碍,最终起到防治AS引起的心血管疾病作用的。

Effects of Qizhi Liquid on Contents of ET and NOS in Rabbit with Arteriosclerosis

Objective:In order to explore treatment action mechanism of Qizhi Liquid on vasomotor dysfunction by Atherosclerosis(AS).Methods:We divided the healthy New Zealand male rabbits into four groups at random,they were normal group,model group,test group and control group.Rabbits of normal group were feeded with common rabbit forage,others were feeded with high lipid forage,At the same time the rabbits of test group were feeded with Qizhi Liquid,The rabbits of control group were feeded with nifdepine.They were feeded for tweleve weeks.Finally,observed Endothel(ET)in plasma and myocardium,at the same time observed Nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in serum and myocardium.Results:Compared with model group,the contents of ET increased apparently in Test group(P<0.01),while contents of NOS decreased apparently(P<0.01).Conclusion:Through adjusting the balance of ET and NOS,Qizhi liquid maybe improved vasomotor dysfunction by AS,at last it has preventive and therapeutic effects on cardiovascular disease by AS.
