| 摘 要： | 为探讨尿毒症患者纤溶系统的变化及透析对纤溶系统的影响 ,应用发色底物法和酶标法检测 2 0例尿毒症患者透析前后及对照组的纤溶酶原 (Plg)活性、组织性纤溶酶原激活剂 (t PA)活性、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物 (PAI)活性及D 二聚体 (D D)定量。发现尿毒症患者较对照组t PA明显降低 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,D D有所降低 ,PAI及Plg有所升高 ,而尿毒症患者透析前后纤溶系统各项指标均无明显变化。提示尿毒症患者纤溶系统活性下降 ,此作用不受透析的影响

| Abstract: | For investigating the variation of fibrinolysis in patients with uremia and the influence of dialysis on fibrnolysis, Plg, t PA, PAI and D D were examined in 20 patients with uremia and 13 healthy controls. It was found that t PA was sousiderably higher in patients with uremia than in controls ( P <0.01), D D decreased and PAI and Plg increased, and there were no any differences before and after dialysis in patients with uremia. It was suggested that variation of fibrinolysis in patients with uremia is not influenced by dialysis. |
