鼻咽癌组织中组织蛋白酶L的表达及意义

目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中CATL的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法，对45例鼻咽癌和7例正常鼻咽部组织进行CATL检测，并结合临床病理资料进行分析。结果CATL在鼻咽癌组织中阳性表达率为51．1％，明显高于正常鼻咽部组织（14．3％），恶性程度高及伴有颈部淋巴结转移患者CATL的阳性表达率也较高（70．0％）。结论CATL可作为鼻咽癌恶性表型的标志之一，并可作为鼻咽癌诊断的辅助指标之一。

Expression and Clinical Significance of Cathepsin L in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression of cathepsin L in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and its relationship with clinico - pathological characteristicals. Methods The expression of cathepsin L was analyzed with immunohistochemistry in 7 normal pharynx nasalis tissues and 45 nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues. Results The expression of cathepsin L in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（51.1% ） was smarkedly higher than those in normal pharynx nasalis tissues（ 14.3% ）. The cathepsin L expression was significantly associated with clinical stage and cervical lymphoid nodes metastasize （70.0%）. Conclusion Overexpression of cathepsin L in nasopharyngeal carcinoma may play an important role in tumor progression and it can act as a symbol of malignant phenotype of the nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
