摘    要:给大鼠喂服醋酸棉酚每日30mg/kg,6或8wk后用放射免疫法测定血清、睾丸间质细胞液和曲精细管液中睾酮的浓度;用放射配体结合法测定睾丸中黄体生成素(LH)和卵泡刺激素(FSH)受体的含量。结果表明在上述剂量和给药时间的条件下,棉酚对垂体-睾丸轴系无影响。

Abstract:Mature male Wistar rats were treated with gossypol aceticacid orally at a daily dosage of 30 mg/kg for 6 or 8 weeks except on Sundays.Testosterone levels of serum, testicular interstitial and seminiferous tubular fluid were determined by radioimmunoassay. Testicular LH and FSH receptor concentrations were measured by radioligand assay. At the end of 6-week treatment there was no significant difference between the drug-treated rats and the controls in all the parameters tested. The testosterone levels of interstitial and seminiferous fluid were reducedafter 8 weeks of gossypol treatment, but there was no statistical significance as compared with the controls. It appears from the present data that gossypol may not interfere with the production of testosterone under this regimen.
