| 摘 要： | 对3次青年教师教学基本功竞赛进行分析，结果表明通过青年教师基本功竞赛，可以激发青年教师教学激情，促使他们不断提高自身素质，加强基本功训练，提升教学能力。

| Abstract: | The analysis of 3 Teaching Basic Skills Contests showed that the Teaching Basic Skills contests could boost young teachers＇ teaching enthusiasm, urge them to improve their own quality, enhance their training on basic skills to improve their teaching abilities. |
