神经生长因子治疗铅中毒周围神经病的临床疗效分析

目的分析神经生长因子治疗慢性铅中毒性周围神经病的疗效。方法选取本院2006年12月-2011年6月期间住院治疗的慢性铅中毒性周围神经病患者124例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予以VitB10.1 mg、VitB12500μg肌肉注射,每日1次,治疗组在前述基础上增加神经生长因子18μg肌肉注射,每日1次,疗程均为8周。结果治疗组的正中神经、尺神经和腓神经的运动和感觉神经传导速度均较治疗前明显增快,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,且临床症状改善的有效率也比对照组明显（P〈0.01）。结论神经生长因子对慢性铅中毒性周围神经病的治疗是安全有效的方法,值得推广。

Analysis of Clinical Curative Effects of Nerve Growth Factor in Treating Peripheral Nerve Disease Induced by Lead Poisoning

Objective To analyze the curative effects of the nerve growth factor(NGF) in treating peripheral nerve disease induced by chronic lead poisoning.Methods A total of 124 patients with peripheral nerve disease induced by chronic lead poisoning and hospitalized in the Hunan Prevention and Treatment Institute for Occupational Diseases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The patients in the control group were conventionally treated with 0.1 mg vitB1 and 500 μg vitB12 by intramuscular injection each day,and the cases in the treatment group were additionally given 18 μg NGF by intramuscular injection on the basis of conventional treatment.All the cases were treated for a consecution of 8 weeks.The changes of the clinical symptoms,the motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV) and the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV) of the median nerve,ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve were observed.Results After the treatments,the clinical symptoms,the MCV and SCV of the median nerve,ulnar nerve and peroneal nerve in both groups were markedly improved,and the improvements in the treatment group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions NGF is a safe and effective approach to treat peripheral nerve disease induced by chronic lead poisoning.It can be popularized.
