多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者血清激素、胰岛素水平变化的临床特征

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者血清激素、胰岛素水平变化的临床特征。方法选择北京妇产医院2010年3月-2011年9月治疗的74例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者作为观察组,测定患者的空腹血糖（FSG）、胰岛素（FINS）及血清促黄体生成素（LH）、促卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）,同时以同期的70例非多囊卵巢综合征且月经周期正常者作为对照,进行比较研究。结果观察组患者的FINS、胰岛素敏感指数（ISI）、LH、T明显升高,FSH、E2明显降低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者血清性激素、胰岛素水平异常,临床医师应了解患者血清激素、胰岛素水平变化的临床特征,为诊治该疾病提供参考信息。

Clinical Characteristics of Level Changes of Serum Hormones and Insulin in Infertility Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics of level changes of serum hormones and insulin in infertility patients caused by polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Seventy-four infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) selected from Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from March 2010 to September 2011 were served as observation group.At the same time,70 non-PCOS women with regular menstruation were served as control group.Fasting serum glucose(FSG),fasting insulin(FINS),serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),and estradiol(E2) of the patients and controls were measured and compared.Results FINS,insulin sensitivity index(ISI),LH and T in the patients of observation group were significantly increased,while FSH and E2 were significantly decreased,there were statistically significant differences between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of hormones and insulin in infertility patients caused by polycystic ovary syndrome are abnormal.Clinicians should be aware of the clinical characteristics of level changes of serum hormones and insulin so as to provide reference information for diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
