数字化外科技术在颅底肿瘤切除中的应用

颅底肿瘤，尤其是中颅底肿瘤与口腔颌面外科关系最为密切。颅中窝底有许多重要神经血管结构聚集，是头颈外科领域内最为疑难的解剖区域。计算机辅助技术的发展，促使颅底手术的术前设计和操作模式有了革命性的变化：在术前虚拟设计和术中导航技术的帮助下，实现了颅底盲区的可视化，大大增强了手术的安全性。本文重点介绍数字化技术在颅底肿瘤术前规划和术中导航应用的关键技术。

Application of digital technique in the surgical resection of skull base tumors

Skull base tumors, especially tumors originating from middle cranial fossa, were treated by oral and maxillofacial surgeon mostly. Many important neurovascular structures cross over the middle cranial fossa, thus operation in this area is the most challenging among head and neck surgery. The development of computer-aided technology of preoperative design and mode of operation manipulation, has promoted a revolutionary change for skull base surgery. The computer aided surgery has greatly enhanced the safety of skull base operation. The main technology of preoperative planning and intraoperative navigation applied in skull base surgery was introduced in this paper.
