骨质疏松性骨折患者的计划-实施-检查-处理管理

分析引起骨质疏松性骨折管理不足的影响因素，明确实现骨质疏松骨折规范化管理需要优先解决的3个量标，即继发性病因筛查、骨密度测定和/或抗骨质疏松药物治疗，出院后定期随访及生活方式调整教育等。通过对具体化、可测量、便于动态比较的指标如继发性病因筛查率、骨密度检测率骨质疏松药物治疗率、接受骨质疏松教育率、出院后医师随访率、患者随诊率、患者出院后服药情况、持续时间、出院到第1次复诊时间、生活质量改善程度、再发骨折发生率等动态评价，运用计划-实施-检查-处理（PDCA）质量管理模式对骨质疏松性骨折患者进行循环管理，实现对该类患者管理的标准化，建立地区技术标准并加以推广运用。

The osteoporosis-associated fracture management through plan-do-check-action model

By analyzing the factor influencing the quality of osteoporosis-associated fracture management, we identify 3 measures for the standardized management of osteoporosis-associated fracture patients.Those are the sec-ondary cauase assessment, bone mineral density （ BMD） testing and/or anti-osteoporosis drug therapy, regular fol-low-up after discharge, lifestyle adjustment etc.By dynamic analysis the measurable variables such as： the inci-dences of secondary cause assessment, BMD testing, drug treatment, osteoporosis education, treat compliance and the time interval between discharge and the first return visit after discharge, the improvement in lifestyle, the inci-dence of refracture, the osteoporosis-associated fracture patients were managed by PDCA quality management model. By this method, we establish the osteoporosis-associated fracture management regional technical standards for popu-larisation and application.
