| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像（MS-CTA）评价迟发性脑血管痉挛（DCVS）形成及尼莫地平干预后脑血管动态变化的应用价值。方法将30只日本大耳白兔分为单纯蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）组和尼莫地平干预组，每组15只。采用枕大池二次注血法制作免脑基底动脉DCVS模型，分别在造模前及造模后第1、4、7、11、14天行MS-CTA检查。原始图像三维后处理采用容积重建技术。结果单纯SAH组和尼莫地平干预组在造模后第1、4、7、11、14天基底动脉管径均明显小于造模前（均P〈0．05）；而单纯SAH组与尼莫地平干预组同一时间比较则无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论MS-CTA能快速准确地观察DCVS的形成及尼莫地平干预后的脑血管动态变化。

| Abstract: | Objective To dynamically evaluate delayed cerebral vasospasm(DCVS) and effect of nimodipine therapy by multispiral CT angiography(MS-CTA). Methods DCVS was induced in 30 rabbit by injection of autologous blood into the cisterna magna followed by a second injection 24 h later.
