摘    要:目的 比较长期服用钙拮抗剂与血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂对高血压患者左心室舒张功能的影响。方法 将78例轻、中度高血压患者随机分成两组,一组服用培哚普利,另一组服用氨氯地平,疗程一年,目标血压<140/90mmHg。采用超声心动图评估患者治疗前、治疗后3、6、12个月的左心室舒张功能。结果 68例患者完成实验,其左心室舒张功能指标如E峰、A/E比率、E峰下降速率较治疗前显著升高,而A峰相关指标则较治疗前显著降低。结论 培哚普利及氨氯地平可以显著改善高血压患者的左心室舒张功能。

Abstract:Objective To compare the influence of calcium channel antagonists and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEI) on left ventricular diastolic function of essential hypertension (EEH).Methods 78 patients with mild and moderate hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. One was treated with perindopril, the other with amlodipine for one year, to reduce their blood pressure to the target blood pressure (<140/90 mmHg). Their left ventricular diastolic function (LVDF) were evaluated by echocardiography before treatment and 3 months, 6 months, 12 months after treatment.Results 68 patients finished experiment. All 68 patients who took the above drugs for one year got the target blood pressure. Their LVDF such as E peak velocity, A/E ratio, E peak decrease velocity were significantly increased than that of pre treatment, while indexes relative A peak remarked decreased.Conclusion LVDF of EEH can be improved greatly by long term taking perindopril or amlodipine.
