同种骨基质明胶及无机骨粉对骨缺损修复的影响

摘    要:在大鼠双侧尺骨中段制成5mm的骨缺损,分别用骨基质明胶颗粒、骨基质明胶颗粒与无机骨粉的混合物充填骨缺损,术后分期取材,进行骨组织病理学及形态计量学分析,结果发现:骨基质明胶颗粒具有良好的骨诱导活性,在8周内可修复缺损;而用骨基质明胶与无机骨粉混合物充填骨缺损者,由于无机骨粉引起的异物反应,影响了局部诱导成骨及骨缺损的修复。

Abstract:mm defects were made in the middle ulna of Wistar rats bilaterally. Thesedefects were filled with bone matrix gelatin (BMG)and the mixture of BMG and deorgani-fied bone(DOB)respectively.Postoperative histopathologic and morphometric analysis re-vealed that BMG had satisfactory inductive activity and it could repair defect within 8 weeks.Because of foreign body reaction of DOB influencing local inductive bone formation,defectscouldn′t be repaired by the mixture of DOB and BMG.
