摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法分析左旋多巴的含量及其有关物质,并对有关物质进行定位。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);以0.1%三氟乙酸溶液-乙腈(96:4)为流动相;流速1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长为280nm;柱温:室温。结果:左旋多巴和L-酪氨酸分别在0.06~0.61mg·ml^-1和5.01~50.12μg·ml^-1范围内线形关系良好,r=0.9999,各杂质均能达到很好的分离。结论:该方法能有效的用于左旋多巴的定量及有关物质的检测。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determination of levodopa and its related substances by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic column of Agilent TC - C18 ( 150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm )was used , the mobile phase was 0.1% trifluoroacetic acid - acetonitrile (96:4 ) with flow rate of 1.0 ml · min ^- 1, the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the chromatography was operated at room temperature. Result: The calibration curve of levodopa and L -tyrosine was in good linearity over the range of 0.06 -0.61 mg · ml^-1 and 5.01 - 50.12 μg · ml^-1 ( r = 0. 999 9 ) , respectively. Related substances could be separated well. Conclusion: This method is convenient and accurate for the assay of levodopa and also suitable to identify of its related substances.
