脑血管病急性期应激状态的观察分析

目的:研究脑血管病急性期应激性心脏、血压和血糖的变化特点。方法:观察194例急性脑血管病人的心电图、心肌酶、血压和血糖的结果:缺血性脑血管病和出血性脑血管病比较,在心电图、心肌酶、血压和血糖改变方面,无显著性差异(P>0.05),但意识障碍组和无意识障碍组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:不同性质脑血管病急性期,心电图、心肌酶、血压、血糖会发生一系列变化,这些变化与疾病的性质没有明显关系,却可以反映病情的严重程度和预后。

The research of stress state of cerebral vascular diseaseduring the acute period

Objective：To study the clinical characteristics of the stress state of heart,blood pressure and blood glucose during the acute cerebral vascular disease（CVD）.Methods：The characteristic of the electrocardiogram（ECG）,cardiac enzymes,blood pressure and blood glucose of 194 patients were investigated within 48 h after CVD onset.The patients were divided into deferent groups：hemorrhagic CVD group and ischemic CVD group,consciousness disturbance group and consciousness group.Results：The ECG of the patients was changed;the cardiac enzymes,blood pressure and blood glucose were evaluated than before in the acute period of CVD.There is no significant deference between hemorrhagic CVD group and ischemic CVD group in the change of ECG,cardiac enzymes,blood pressure or blood glucose（P〉0.05）.But compared with consciousness group,there is statistical change in ECG,cardiac enzymes,blood pressure and blood glucose in consciousness disturbance group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Great change occurred in heart,blood pressure and blood glucose during acute CVD.There is no relationship between the change and the character of CVD.But the change can be used to determine the severity and prognosis of CVD.
