蓝刺头茎叶中化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的对蓝刺头茎叶进行化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH 20柱色谱、制备薄层色谱等方法分离化学成分,1H NMR1、3C NMR等方法进行结构鉴定。结果从蓝刺头茎叶中分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,1)、蒲公英萜醇乙酸酯(taraxerol ac-etate,2)、木栓酮(friedelin,3)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,4)、5(丁烯3炔1)联噻吩5(but 3 en 1ynyl)2,2′bithiophene,5]、α三联噻吩(αterthienyl,6)、卡多帕亭(cardopatine,7)、异卡多帕亭(iso-cardopatine,8)。结论化合物3为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from the stem and leaves of Echinops latifolius Tausch.Methods The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,sephadex LH-20,prepeared TLC and the((()~1H)NMR),((()~(13)C)NMR) spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation.Results Compounds 18 were obtained and their structures were identified as β-sitosterol,taraxerol acetate,friedelin,daucosterol,5-(but-3-en-1-ynyl)-2,2′-bithiophene,5α-terthienyl,cardopatine and isocardopatine respectively.Conclusions Compound 3 is isolated from Echinops latifolius Tausch.for the first time.
