| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合疗法对老年人顽固性2型糖尿病血瘀症的疗效。方法：将229例老年人顽固性2型糖尿病血瘀症患者随机分为两组,对照组以黄酰脲类、胍类及/或胰岛素等常规剂量治疗,治疗组在此基础上应用自拟养阴益气、活血化瘀汤治疗。观察治疗后临床症状、空腹和餐后2小时血糖、血脂及血黏度变化。结果：治疗后上述指标好转情况,治疗组均明显优于对照组,P〈0.01。结论：中西医结合疗法治疗老年人顽固性2型糖尿病血瘀症患者临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the elderly with type 2 diabetes complicating blood stasis. Methods:229 cases of the elderly with type 2 diabetes complicating blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was treated with double-therapy or triple-therapy of western medicine. The test group was treated with Yangyinyiqihuoxuehuayu decoction. Results:After treatment, the clinical manifestations, FBG, PBG(2 h), Blood viscosity, blood-fat were better than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant effect in treating the elderly with type 2 diabetes complicating blood stasis. |
