| 摘 要： | 通过采用文献法及Delphi专家咨询法，确定了医院文化建设评价一、二级指标及其权重，并规定了指标的内涵以及评价方法，从而构建了医院文化建设评价指标体系。该体系既可作为医院自我评价的参照系统，又可为卫生行政部门评估检查医院提供参考指标。

| Abstract: | By way of document construction and Delphi expert interview,this research radicates the first and secondary items and their corresponding weight indices of the evaluation.It also stipulates the connotation of indices and method of evaluation,thus setting up the evaluation indices system of culture construction in hospitals.It can be a referential system for both self evaluation and evaluation made by sanitary department.This evaluation indices system is the first one in China. |
