Abstract:This text explained the concept of human resources cost of the hospital, analyzed the subject matter existing in human resourcescost management hospital held by government, and put forward the corresponding countermeasure with the aspect of set up from post , floatingof professionals , performance assess , develop training , wage standard and logistics person who socialize.
