| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨整脊配合推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法]采用整脊配合推拿治疗颈性眩晕,并与单纯整脊治疗的对照组进行疗效比较。结果]治疗组的治愈率、好转率及总有效率均明显高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论]推拿与整脊结合治疗,两者可以起协同作用,提高颈性眩晕的治疗效果。
