祛疣洗剂提取工艺优选的试验研究

摘    要:目的优选祛疣洗剂的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计法考察不同提取工艺制备的祛疣洗剂中苦参碱的含量,依据试验数据设计最佳提取工艺。结果加水量、煎煮时间对提取效果有显著影响,最佳提取工艺为加水10倍量、药材浸泡1h、煎煮2次、每次煎煮1h。结论优选出的提取工艺经济、简便,提取效率较高。

Abstract:Objective To screen the best extraction process for Anti- Verruca Lotion.Methods The orthogonal experiment was used to investigate the content of matrine contained in Anti- Verruca Lotion prepared by different extraction processes.The best extraction process was designed according to the result of these studies.Results The quantity of water and the time of decoction were the most important factors in the extraction process.The best extraction process was adding 10 times of water,marinating for 1 h in advance,and the material should be decocted twice with 1 h each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is reasonable and effective.
