| 摘 要： | 认为痛泻的成因不囿于食积胃肠和肝脾不调两个方面 ,凡肠道积滞不畅而腹泻者 ,皆可出现痛泻 ,而且泻后腹痛均有不同程度的减轻。五更泄不独见于肾阳虚 ,肝郁乘脾、酒积伤食等也可泻在五更。湿是发生腹泻的主要原因 ,淡渗法是治疗腹泻常用且有效的方法 ,车前子、茯苓是利小便而实大便最理想的药物 |

| Abstract: | Retention of food in the stomach and intestine,incoordination between the liver and spleen were regarded as the basic causes of diarrhea with pain The article pointed out that diarrhea happened just because of the obstruction in the intestines,accompanied with abdominal pain Diarrhea before dawn was caused by not only deficiency of kidney yang but also the stagnation of the liver qi,and the deficiency the spleen,and maladjustment drinking and eating Pathogenic damp was the main pathology of diarrhea Method of promoting diuersis was applied to treat the disease Plantain seed and poria were two effective herbs for treating diarrhea by diuretics |
