冠心病患者 PCI 术后心肌纤维化与心脏功能的变化

【目的】探讨冠心病患者PCI术后心肌纤维化与心脏功能的变化。【方法】选取自2013年6月至2015年1月在本院接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的150例冠心病患者，观察患者在PCI手术前及术后3个月、6个月、12个月的血清Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原（PCⅠ、PCⅢ）、层黏蛋白（LN）、透明质酸（HA）水平的变化以及左心室射血分数（LVEF）、左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）的改善情况。【结果】PCI手术后，冠心病患者血清PCⅠ、PCⅢ、LN、HA水平较术前明显降低，LVEF较术前明显增加，LVEDD较术前明显降低，差异均具有统计学意义（均P＜00．5）。【结论】PCI手术能够明显改善冠心病患者心肌纤维化及心脏功能。

Changes of Myocardial Fibrosis and Cardiac Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective] To investigate the changes of myocardial fibrosis and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) .Methods]A total of 150 patients who un‐derwent PCI at our hospital from June 2013 to January 2015 were observed .Before PCI and at the third month , sixth month ,and twelfth month post‐operation ,the changes of serum procollagen Ⅰ ,Ⅲ (PCⅠ ,PC Ⅲ) ,laminin (LN) ,and hyaluronic acid (HA) level were collected .Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricu‐lar end‐diastolic diameter (LVEDD) were detected as well .Results]After PCI surgery ,the PCⅠ ,PC Ⅲ ,LN , HA ,LVEDD were lower than before surgery ,while LVEF was higher;the differences were statistically signifi‐cant ( P <0 0.5) .Conclusion]PCI surgery can significantly improve cardiac function and myocardial fibrosis in patients with coronary heart disease .
