老年冠心病患者PCI术后常见并发症观察及相关干预措施

[目的]探讨老年冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后常见并发症及相关干预措施.[方法]选择2012年6月至2014年6月本院收治的202例经皮冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病老年患者为研究对象,其中男116例,女86例,观察患者PCI术后出现的并发症并给予及时有效的干预措施.[结果]术后108例患者出现并发症,其中腰部酸痛不适最多为94例(46.53%),穿刺部位血肿10例(4.95%),尿潴留9例(4.46%),血管迷走神经反射7例(3.47%),造影剂反应4例(1.98%).其中出现2个及以上并发症患者16例(7.92%),所有术后出现并发症的患者均及时给予相关的干预措施,均好转.[结论]PCI术后及时有效的干预措施对降低冠心病PCI术后并发症的发生有重要作用,对改善患者预后有重要意义.

Observation and Nursing of Postoperative Complications Induced by Percutaneous Coronary Inter-vention in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

[Objective]To explore the key points of nursing and monitoring the postoperative complications of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease.[Methods]202 cases of heart disease of elderly patients diagnosed by coronary angiography in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were admitted as the research objects,among which 116 were male and 86 female,PCI postoperative complica-tions observed and timely effective intervention measures were given.[Results]108 cases of patients got postopera-tive complications,of which flank soreness discomfort took the most up 94 cases (46.53%),10 cases of hemato-ma in puncture site (4.95%),9 cases of urinary retention (4.46%),7 cases of vascular vagus reflex (3.47%)and 4 cases of contrast agent reactions (1.98%).16 cases of patients showed two and more postoperative complications (7.92%),and all patients with complications were given timely intervention measures and were improved accord-ingly.[Conclusion]Timely and effective intervention may play an important role in reducing the complications of coronary heart disease of patients after PCI,and has important significance for improving the prognosis.
