综合护理对慢性肾功能不全患者不良情绪的影响

【目的】探讨综合护理对慢性肾功能不全患者不良情绪的影响。【方法】选择2014年6月至2015年10月本院收治的100例慢性肾功能不全患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例，其中对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予综合护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后情绪状况和生活质量的差异，分析两者之间的相关性。【结果】干预前，两组患者简式心境问卷（POMS‐SF）总分和紧张‐焦虑、抑郁‐沮丧、疲乏‐迟钝、愤怒‐敌意等维度得分无明显差别；干预后，两组患者的总分和紧张‐焦虑、抑郁‐沮丧、疲乏‐迟钝、愤怒‐敌意、迷惑‐混乱得分均较干预前降低，精力‐活力得分均较干预前升高，且观察组变化更明显，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。干预前，两组患者的健康测量量表（SF‐36）各维度得分无明显差别；干预后，两组患者生活质量得分均较干预前升高，且观察组升高更明显，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）；POMS‐SF 总分与 SF‐36各维度得分呈明显负相关，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】综合护理干预可明显改善慢性肾功能不全患者的不良情绪，进而提高其生活质量。

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Care on Negative Emotions of Patients with Chronic Renal Insuf-ficiency

Objective]To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on the negative emotion of patients with chronic renal insufficiency .Methods] One hundred cases of patients with chronic renal insufficiency in our hospital were selected as the research objects from June 2014 to October 2015 and randomly divided into control group and observation group ,50 cases in each group .The control group received routine nursing care ,the observation group received nursing intervention .The difference of emotional status and life quality of the two groups were compared before and after intervention ,the correlation between the two groups was analyzed .Results] Before the interven‐tion ,the total score of simple form mood questionnaire (POMS‐SF) and the scores of tension ‐ anxiety ,depression‐ depression ,fatigue‐slow ,anger‐hostility ,confusion‐chaos of the two groups of patients had no significant differ‐ence ;After the intervention ,the scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention ,and the scores of tension ‐ anxiety ,depression ‐ depression ,fatigue‐slow ,anger‐hostility ,confusion ‐ chaos were all lower than before ,energy and vitality scores were higher than those before the intervention ,and the changes in the observa‐tion group were more obvious ,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0 .05) .Before the intervention , health measurement scale (SF‐36) scores of the two groups of patients were not significantly different ;The scores of quality of life of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention ,and the observation group was significantly higher ,and the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0 .05) ;The total score of POMS‐SF was negatively correlated with each dimension score of SF‐36 ,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0 .05) .Conclusion] Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients with chronic renal insufficiency ,and accordingly improve the quality of life .
