同步放化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌临床疗效观察

目的：观察多西紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法60例晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组2组，每组30例，观察组患者给予多西紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放化疗，对照组患者给予紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放化疗，观察2组近期疗效、远期疗效及毒副反应。结果观察组总有效率稍高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。观察组治疗后肿瘤直径明显小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。观察组患者1 a 生存率、2 a 生存率稍高于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。观察组骨髓抑制发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论多西紫杉醇联合顺铂同步放化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌安全有效。

Concurrent Radiochemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer

Objective To observe the clinical effect of docetaxel combined with cisplatin concurrent radiochemo-therapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods 60 patients with advanced cervical cancer were di-vided into the observation group and the control group randomly. The 30 patients in the observation group was given the docetaxel combined with cisplatin concurrent radiochemotherapy,the 30 patients in the control group was given the paclitaxel combined with cisplatin concurrent radiochemotherapy. The recent curative effect,the long-term cura-tive effect and toxicities of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant statistically significant(P > 0. 05).The tumor diameter in the observation group were shorter than that of the control group after treatment(P < 0. 05).The 1- year,2- years survival rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,but the differences were not significant statistically significant(P > 0. 05). The incidence rate of bone marrow suppression in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The do-cetaxel combined with cisplatin concurrent radiochemotherapy is effect and safe in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.
