超声引导在颈内静脉置管中的应用价值

[目的]探讨超声引导在颈内静脉穿刺置管中的临床应用价值.[方法]回顾分析本院2008年1月至2014年4月期间行颈内静脉置管的292例患者的临床资料.将86例未行超声引导进行颈内静脉置管者作为A组,其中男38例,女48例,平均年龄(45.5±6.7)岁;将206例行超声引导进行颈内静脉置管者作为B组,其中男108例,女98例,平均年龄(46.7±6.9)岁,比较两组穿刺成功率、置管成功率、穿刺时间及穿刺并发症发生情况.[结果]与A组相比较,B组一次性穿刺成功率、置管成功率高,穿刺时间短,并发症发生率低,且两组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).[结论]超声引导行颈内静脉穿刺置管操作简单、方便、安全,值得临床应用推广.

Clinical Application of Ultrasound-Guided Internal Jugular Vein Catheterization

[Objective]To explore the experience of ultrasound-guided internal j ugular vein catheterization.[Methods]The clinical data of 292 cases from January 2008 to April 2014 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were divided into an A group and B group.The A group did not use ultrasound-guided internal j ugular vein catheterization (86 cases,38 male and 48 female,mean age 45.5 ± 6.7 years).The B group used ultra-sound-guided internal jugular vein catheterization.(206 cases ,108 male and 98 female,mean age 46.7 ± 6.9 years).The total success rate,first time intubation success rate,puncture time,and complication incidence were recorded and compared.[Results]Group B had higher total success rate,first time intubation success rate,low incidence rate of postoperative complication,and needed shorter puncture time than group A.[Con-clusion]Ultrasound-guided internal j ugular vein catheterization has the advantages of simple operation,conven-ience,and safety.It is deserving of clinical application and usage.
