| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p53和c-myc在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测83例弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤组织标本中p53和c-myc的表达情况。结果 p53和c-myc在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达与其IPI有关(P<0.05)。p53和c-myc在弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤中的表达呈正相关(rS=0.312,P<0.05)。结论联合检测P53和c-myc蛋白有助于判断弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤恶性程度、复发及预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the expression of p53 and c-myc in the diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Meth-ods Immunohistochemical method was used to test the expressions of p53 and c-myc in the 83 patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma. Results The expressions of p53 and c-myc was related with IPI in the patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma(P ﹤ 0. 05). The expression of p53 was positively related with c-myc in the patients with dif-fuse large B cell lymphoma(rS = 0. 312,P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Combined detection of p53 and c-myc can help determine the malignant degree,recurrence and prognosis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma. |
