碘131联合甲状腺激素在甲状腺癌围手术期中的应用研究

目的]探讨碘131联合甲状腺激素在甲状腺癌围手术期中的应用效果.方法]将本院收治的90例行手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者随机分为两组(n=45),对照组患者在围手术期应用甲状腺素激素,研究组在围手术期联合应用碘131和甲状腺激素,对比两组患者的预后情况.结果]研究组术后3年、术后5年的癌症复发转移率均显著低于对照组,研究组术后5年的生存率显著高于对照组,且两组相比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05).研究组残余甲状腺组织的完全清除率为66.67%(30/45),显著高于对照组的44.44%(20/45),且两组相比较差异均有显著性(<0.05)两组患者的术后并发症发生率、药物副反应发生率比较均无明显差异(P>0.05).结论]对行手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者联合应用碘131和甲状腺激素进行抑制治疗,能有效降低肿瘤的转移率、复发率,延长患者的生存时间.

Study on the Application of Iodine-131 Combined with Thyroid Hormone in the Perioperative Period of Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective]To investigate the effect of iodine-131 combined with thyroid hormone in the perio-perative period of thyroid carcinoma.Methods]Ninety patients with thyroid cancer were randomly divided into two groups (n=45).The control group was treated with thyroid hormone in the perioperative period.The patients in the study group were treated with iodine-131 and thyroid hormone.The prognosis of the two groups were compared.Results]Based on study of 3 and 5 years survey after surgery,the recurrence and metastasis rate of cancer were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group,and the survival rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 5 years(P <0.05).The total removal rate of residual thyroid tissue in the study group was 66.66%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (44.4%,P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative compli-cations and the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P >0.05).Conclusion]Com-bined Application of iodine-131 and thyroid hormone in the treatment of thyroid cancer patients with surgical treatment can effectively reduce the tumor metastasis rate,recurrence rate,and prolong the survival time of patients.
