黛力新对慢性心衰并发抑郁症患者心脏功能及血浆NT—proB—NP水平的影响

【目的】探讨黛力新对慢性心力衰竭（CHF）并发抑郁症患者心脏功能及血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体（NT—proBNP）水平的影响。【方法】选择2013年1月至2015年4月本院收治的53例CHF并发抑郁症的患者作为研究对象，根据患者是否同意行抗抑郁治疗将其分为观察组（同意行抗抑郁治疗，n=25）和对照组（不同意行抗抑郁治疗，n=28），随访6个月比较两组患者左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末容积（EDV）、左室收缩期末容积（ESV）及血浆NT—proBNP水平差异，并比较两组患者健康调查简表（SF-36）及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分。【结果】治疗后两组LVEF、EDV、ESV及NT—proBNP较治疗前均有改善，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且观察组较对照组改善更明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后两组患者SF36评分、HAMD评分均有改善，与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且观察组较对照组改善更明显（P〈0．05）。【结论】黛力新可以促进CHF并发抑郁症患者心功能及NT—proBNP水平的改善，有效提高患者日常生活质量。

Effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets on Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Cardiac Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Depression

Objective] To explore the effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets ( Deanxit) on plasma brain natriuretic peptide (NT‐proBNP) and cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) complicated with depression .Meth‐ods] Fifty‐three patients diagnosed with CHF complicated with depression (January ,2013‐April ,2014) were included in the study .All patients were divided into an observation group (accept antidepressant treatment ,n = 25) and a control group (not accept treatment for antidepression ,n = 28) according to whether or not the patients agreed to antidepressant treatment .We followed up with the patients for 6 months to compare cardiac function measuring LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction) , EDV(end‐diastolic volume) ,and ESV (end‐systolic volume) and NT‐proBNP .Meanwhile 36‐Item Short Form Survey (SF‐36) and Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD were evaluated .Results]The LVEF ,EDV ,ESV ,and NT‐proBNP levels after treatment in the two groups both showed significant improvement compared with before treatment ;the differences were statis‐tically significant ( P < 0 .05) .The LVEF ,EDV ,ESV ,and NT‐proBNP after treatment in the observation group showed more significant improvement than that in the control group ;the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0 .05) .The SF‐ 36 scores and HAMD scores after treatment in the two groups were improved obviously compared with before treatment ;the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0 .05) .The SF ‐ 36 scores and HAMD scores after treatment in the observation group were improved more significantly than those in control group .The differences were statistically significant ( P < 0 .05) .Conclusion] Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets can improve both cardiac function and NT‐proBNP level ,which also can ef‐fectively improve the quality of patients'daily life .
