| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法将108例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为两组,治疗组58例在西医治疗的基础上给予中药综合治疗,对照组50例给予西医基础治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率、临床症状改善及Scr、Ccr改善均优于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of combining chinese and western medicine in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods 108 cases of CRF were divided into two groups. The treatment group(58 cases ) and control group(50 cases),the treatment group on based western medicine was gire the chinese herbal medicine treatment and the control group was gire western medicine treatment. To observe the change of clinical symptoms, Scr and Ccr after treatment and before treatment. Results Treatment group was better than the control group in the total efficiency rate and improvement of symptoms and the Scr,Ccr. Conclusion The curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group in patients with CRF. |
