1981～2002年广州市企业女工妇科疾病分析

目的 :探讨近 2 0余年来广州市企业女工妇科疾病变化规律。方法 :采取回顾性分析的方法收集了 1981～ 2 0 0 2年间连续在广州市妇婴医院进行妇女病普查的厂矿企业妇科普查资料 ,并对该部分企业 1981～ 1991年及 1992～ 2 0 0 2年妇科疾病谱进行对比统计分析。结果 :生殖道感染在企业女工中居妇科疾病发病首位 ;子宫肌瘤的患病率近年来有明显上升 ;乳腺癌的发病率呈逐年上升趋势 ,并成为威胁妇女健康的主要恶性肿瘤 ;近 10年来宫颈癌、卵巢癌等妇科恶性肿瘤的发病率较上世纪 80年代有所上升。结论 :连续的妇科普查可有效地提高妇科肿瘤的早期发现率 ;生殖道感染性疾病、子宫肌瘤和乳腺癌应列为今后妇科疾病防治重点

Analysis of gynecological diseases of Guangzhou enterprise workwoman in 1981～2002

Objective:To investigate the changing regularity of the gynecological diseases of Guangzhou enterprise workwoman.Methods:To study the general gynecological diseases investigation data of Guangzhou enterprise workwoman in 1981～2002 and comparatively analyse the changing regularity of the gynecological diseases between 1981～1991 and 1992～2002.Results:The RTIs is the most popular gynecological disease in Guangzhou erterprise workwoman;The incidence of Uterine leiomyoma increases remarkably in the recent decoade;The incidence of breast cancer increases yearly and become the main malignant tumor harming the women health;The incidence of carinoma of cervix uteri and ovary in the recent decade is higher than that in the last decade.Conclusion:Continuous screening of gynecologicl diseases can effectively help to identify the gynecological tumor early.The prevention and cure of RTIs、Uterine leiomyoma and breast cancer should be more emphasized in the furure.
