| 摘 要： | 在常规细胞培养筛选中，我们发现一株由云南曲靖地区土壤分离的链霉菌的发酵液有广谱抗病毒活性，不抗细菌及真菌．经分离与纯化得到16704A纯品．结构鉴定为BafilomycinA1。16704A在Vero细胞内对单疱病毒1型，2型及水疱性口炎病毒均有明显抑制作用．用CPE方法，IC50分别为0．65、0．78及0．39mg／L，选择指数分别为14．7、12．2及24．4；用PFU方法．IC50分别为0.36、0．47及0．11mg／L，选择指数分别为26．5、20．3及86．6。

| Abstract: | A strain of Streptomyces isolated from a soil sample collected in Qu Jing area of Yunnan province displayed broad spectrum of antiviral activities in our routine screening program. The fermentation broth of this strain ( Streptomyces 16704) did not show anti bacterial and anti fungal activities. After isolation, purification and identification, the antiviral antibiotic (16704A) was turned to identified with bafilomycin A1. In vero cells, 16704A showed anti herpes simplexvirus type 1, type 2 and vesicular stomatitis virus activities with IC 50 values as 0.65, 0.78 and 0.39mg/L, respectively by CPE method, with selective indices as 14.7, 12.2 and 24.4 respectively; with IC 50 values as 0.36, 0.47 and 0.11mg/L, respectively by PFU method, with selective indices as 26.5, 20.3 and 86.6 respectively. |
