| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨低钠性意识障碍的病因、诊断及治疗.方法 回顾分析15例低钠性意识障碍病人的临床表现、实验室资料及治疗效果.结果 营养性低钠9例,SIADH 1例,CSWS 5例.营养性低钠及CSWS病人经补钠、补液,而SIADH病人经限水、限钠治疗,意识障碍均短时间恢复或好转.结论 神经外科低钠性意识障碍多由营养性缺钠所致.治疗应根据不同的病因采取不同的治疗措施.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the etiology,diagnosis and treatment for hyponatremia-associated impairment of consciousness in neurosurgical patients.Methods Clinical presentation,laboratory data,treatment and prognosis of the fifteen patients with hyponatremia-associated impairment of consciousness were studied retrospectively.Results Of the fifteen impaired consciousness patients,nine patients were caused by nutritious hyponatremia,5 patients were caused by CSWS,while only one was due to SIADH.Treatment for nutriti... |
