| 摘 要： | 目的 研究毒鼠强的测定方法。方法 毛细管柱气相色谱法 :火焰光度检测器 ,硫滤光片 ,中等极性毛细管柱 ,程序升温 ,起始温度 2 10℃ ,1min ,以 10℃ /min速率升至 2 4 0℃ ,保持 5min ,进样器温度 2 5 0℃ ,检测器温度 2 6 0℃。结果 检出限 1.5× 10 -10 g.s-1、精密度RSD 0 .5 9%、重复性RSD 1.6 %、测量范围 10～2 0 0ng ,8种有机硫农药不干扰测定。结论 本方法能满足日常卫生检测的需要。
