胃、十二指肠疾病患者血浆胃动素测定的价值

本文用放射免疫法测定血浆中的胃动素。结果表明:胃、十二指肠溃疡患者血浆中的胃动素含量升高(P<0.01);胃癌组又明显高于胃、十二指肠溃疡术后组和胃癌术后组(P<0.01和P<0.001)。因此,测定胃动素可能有助于对胃癌的辅助诊断、判断疗效和预测复发。

Significanee of Plasma Motilin Determination in Plasma Patients with Stomach and Duodenal Diseases

Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the motilin content in plasma. The results showed that there was an increase (P<0.01) in the motilin content in the plasma of the patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers and that the motilin levd in the group of carcinoma of stomach was markedly higher than the postoperative groups of gastric and duodenal ulcers and carcinoma of stomach (P<0.01 and P<0.001 respectively). Therefore, the determination of motilin in plasma may be helpful to the accessory diagnosis, judgement of curative effects and prediction of recurrence of carcinoma of stomach.
