聚氨酯表面接枝聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯的研制

摘    要:【目的】用2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)作偶联剂在聚氨酯(PU)片表面引入聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(PHEMA),以得到一种具有良好的机械性能和优良的血液相容性的高分子材料。【方法】先用TDI活化PU表面,生成PU-NCO衍生物,然后PHEMA中的-OH再和PU-NCO上的-NCO起反应生成PU-PHEMA。用拉力机测定材料的抗张强度,并进行血小板粘附实验。【结果】与PU相比,在PU表面接枝PHEMA后,材料的抗张强度基本不变,粘附的血小板数量减少,变形也小。【结论】PU-PHEMA是一种具有良好的机械性能和优良的血液相容性的高分子材料。

Abstract:Objective Immobilizing Poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) onto Polyetherurethane surface by diisocyanate (TDI) to obtain an better mechanical properties and blood compatible polymer material. Methods The surface of PU was reacted with TDI to introduce reactive isocyanate group (-NCO), then PHEMA was coupled onto the surface of PU by reaction of -OH groups in PHEMA with -NCO on PU surface. Finally, tensile strength of polymer materials was determined, and their hemocompatibility was evaluated by platelet adhesion experiment. Results The tensile strength of PU-PHEMA was almost the same as PU, the number of adhered platelets and their deformation was less than that of PU. Conclusion PU-PHEMA showed good mechanical properties and blood compatibility.
